Jill is the sole physiotherapist and has more than 20 years experience in the private practice field. She completed her Physiotherapy Degree in the UK and has since spent time working in the UK, NZ and Australia. She has a strong interest in sporting injuries, biomechanics, spinal rehabilitation, pain management, Women’s Health, post surgical management and work related injuries aiming for a timely return to painfree work, sport, function and activity.

She has a commitment to ongoing education using an Evidence-based approach to individualised client management involving the use of exercise prescription for pain relief and promotion of self management as well as adjuncts such as manual therapy and dry needling , all delivered in a light hearted yet professional manner.

Prehab is another big focus with the provision of Muskuloskeletal assessments, Swim Screens, Scoliosis Screens all aimed at picking up muscle weakness, joint insufficiencies and other problems that could reduce performance and predispose to injury.

Jill is currently working with Riverton Aquanauts swim club and has spent time with local netball, Rugby League and Calisthenics clubs as well as working with the elderly in the provision of Falls Prevention Programs and general pain management.
